About Us

A Step into the Past

Nestled in the heart of Lodi Wine Country, Woodbridge Crossing is located in the historic 1865 Building, a 19th-century brick building in downtown Woodbridge, California. Woodbridge Crossing sits just a few hundred yards from the Mokelumne River, and the site of the wooden bridge Jeremiah Woods built in 1858.

The 1865 Building is filled with history from being a Wells Fargo stop along the Central Overland California and Pikes Peak Express Company – complete with a make-shift jail cell – to the award-winning Woodbridge Crossing.

Our Story

Opened in 1969 as Woodbridge Feed & Fuel, the 1865 Building has been home to a restaurant for 50 straight years. In 2005, the Feed & Fuel was renamed to Woodbridge Crossing. In 2010, Steve Ding purchased Woodbridge Crossing with the goal of providing an amazing experience for customers on every experience.

Under Ding’s ownership, Woodbridge Crossing has won multiple awards for food, service, and entertainment. He has helped build Woodbridge Crossing a reputation for good food and a great ambiance.
